Express Delivery:
Free for orders over $75 in Australia.
For orders below $75, regular charges apply. We use Australia Post for express shipping, delivering within 1-3 business days (subject to no delays).

If you require urgent delivery within a few days, please contact us for express shipping options and rush order services.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International import duties, taxes, and customs fees fall under the customer's responsibility. Danni & Toni cannot reimburse customers who refuse to pay customs fees or if a package is lost due to refusal to pay shipping fees. It's crucial to verify your local customs charges for packages arriving from the United States to your location.

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Damages and Issues:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:
To expedite the exchange process, return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item once your return is accepted.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
